Join Pilates Instructor Lisa for a Mindful Monday in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain State Park!

Reconnect with your body and the landscape around you during this restorative, outdoor Pilates session.

Hosted by Summit Land Conservancy, Wasatch Trails Foundation, and Wasatch Mountain State Park, this Mindful Mondays series is for participants of all experience levels. Surrounded by open space and fresh mountain air, we’ll move through mindful, low-impact exercises designed to build strength, improve balance, and release tension while staying grounded in nature.

Patagonia ‘Without a Doubt’ Film Screening + Q&A with Braydon Bringhurst at EVO

In May 2026, Braydon Bringhurst set out to accomplish what seemed nearly impossible: ride up Gouranga, one of Squamish's iconic double-black-diamond downhill trails. Without a Doubt follows his pursuit of this ambitious challenge and explores the joy of pushing beyond perceived limits.

Meet us at the Boulder Basin Trailhead aka Top of WOW TH. We will be chatting about the trails, sending out rides and hikes, and connecting our community!

If you want to shuttle, it's on you to organize it. This trail can be ridden from the top of WOW back to the top of WOW also ~7mi.

Parking is limited so please carpool!

Join WTF and Thule for two epic days on one of Wasatch County’s favorite trails!

Day 1: Dig Day

We are paying it back to the trails by giving a few hours of time and work on the epic WHOA trail. Just bring yourself and a willing attitude, and we will provide the tools, snacks, water, and SWAG.

Day 2: Shuttle Day

Reap the rewards of yesterday’s dig day with 7 hours of shuttle service up and down some of the best trails in Wasatch Co! Laps are led by Eric Porter, Pro Mountain Biker and Thule ambassador.

EVENING RACE WITH THE WASATCH TRAIL RUN SERIES

Have you raced with the epic Wasatch Trail Run Series before?

We are partnering with this awesome trail series to give WTF members the chance to run their first race for a discounted price.

Wasatch Trail Run Series is a super-fun, no-pressure environment for all fitness levels and all ages, featuring different course lengths and locations all over the Wasatch Front and Back. They are coming to Heber on May 20, and you can opt for a short or long distance course.

Expect more than just a workout! They bring a post-race party with a food truck, music, a raffle, shoe demos, and other fun options.
