We are excited to announce that for the 24'-25' grant cycle we have once again been awarded funding, this time for the Restoration of the Dutch Hollow trail area! The Recreation Restoration Infrastructure (RRI) grant is awarded annually through the Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant (UORG). The total project cost is $125,000 with $75,000 of it being composed of grant funding. Further, we want to express our deepest gratitude to Vail Epic Promise and the Epic Promise Trails Committee organized by the Mountain Trails Foundation (and facilitated by MIDA) for providing the cash match. In addition to our cash match we will also require in-kind matching funds or volunteer hours which we know we will be able to secure based on the hundreds of volunteers who help support us and the Wasatch Mountain State Park, year after year. Thank you Dirt Crew! Keep an eye on our social to see the latest updates for Dutch. We can't wait to work toward preserving and protecting this amazing amenity for the Heber Valley Trails community.
With Gratitude,
Mia Yue
